Raja Ampat Tourism (Descriptive Paragraph)

 
Raja Ampat Islands is one of the most bautiful underwater tourism. It is located at the Westside of the “Bird head peninsula” in New Guinea. Raja Ampat  consists of four major islands namely  Misool, Salawati, Batanta, and Waigeo island. Raja Ampat Islands have an area of ​​46,000 km2, 6,000 km2 of land and 40,000 km2 of ocean. In the vast waters there are more than 500 species of fish, even there are also some rare species such as pigmy  seahorses, wobbegong, Manta stingrays, and endemic fish of  Raja Ampat,  Eviota raja. Raja Ampat's diverse terrestrial and underwater topography is simply breathtaking. Massive tracts of primeval jungles blanket the islands, sheltering orchids, marsupials, birds of paradise, hornbills, and cockatoos. Beside that,Raja Ampat islands has the best coral reefs in the world.  It abounds in diverse reef systems, the majority of which have yet to be explored. There is a seemingly inexhaustible selection of unmapped walls, reef flats, caves and swim throughs, gentle sea mounds, mucky mangroves, placid lagoons, and pinnacles. There also have more than 540 hard coral species (75% of the total species in the world), more than 1,000 species of reef fish, 700 species of molluscs. This makes 75% of the world's coral species in Raja Ampat. Nowhere in the same area has a number of coral species as here.  Therefore, RajaAmpat islands  is made ​​as one of the best place for diving sites around the world.
